Update Masters EM 2022

Liebe Masters,

eider hat uns der Warnemünder Segelclub informiert, daß sie sich außerstande sehen, unsere geplante Master-EM durchzuführen. Bis zuletzt haben wir gemeinsam versucht, zurückgezogene Zusagen für Stellflächen und Geldmittel adäquat zu ersetzen oder andere Alternativen zu finden, leider war dies am Ende nicht möglich.

Daher wird es leider keine EM in Warnemünde geben. Wir bedauern dies zutiefst und sind genauso enttäuscht wie ihr.

Jetzt liegt es bei der EurILCA, einen alternativen Austragunsort und -zeitpunkt zu bestimmen. Sobald wir hier Neuigkeiten haben, werden wir euch natürlich informieren.

Mehr können wir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt leider noch nicht sagen, wollten euch aber zumindest über den aktuellen Stand informieren, damit ihr eure Planungen entsprechend anpassen könnt.

Es tut uns sehr leid, daß diese EM, auf die wir uns alle sehr gefreut haben, nicht stattfinden kann. Wir hoffen, die aus der Absage entstehenden Unannehmlichkeiten halten sich in Grenzen.

Trotzdem freuen wir uns sehr darauf, euch diese Saison wieder auf dem Wasser zu sehen!

Dear Master sailors and friends,

Warnemunde has just informed us that they can’t organize the 2022 EurILCA Master European Championships, so bids are now reopened for this event.

All interested parties must fill the following bid form at eurilca.org

Before filling the form please read the Requirements for the Organization of an EurILCA Championship (ROEC). This document contains what is required to run a successful EurILCA European Championship (EEC).

If you have any questions please contact your District for more information on how to apply. You can also write to us at entryeurilca@gmail.com

Please ensure your bid is submitted within time. Bids must be received by the EurILCA office before 4th March 2022.

Dear District officer,

Warnemunde has just informed us that they can't organize the EurILCA Masters  European Championship in 2022, you have the possibility to make a bid to organize the EurILCA Masters  European Championship 2022.

To do so, please complete the enclosed bid form.

Before filling this document, please read the Requirements for the Organization of a EurILCA Championships (ROEC). This document contains what is required to run a successful EurILCA European Championship (EEC). If at any time you require more detailed information than is available in the ROEC please contact the EurILCA office, entryeurilca@gmail.com.

When completing the Bid Form please give as much detailed and specific information as possible and where indicated include as many photographs and/or detailed and to scale plans as possible. A small movie of 3 minutes is also welcome. The more information you can provide the better EurILCA will be able to review your bid.

Bids should be sent by email to entryeurilca@gmail.com, once a bid is received the office will confirm receipt.
