EurILCA Rundschreiben zu ILCA-Satzung, EMs, Europacups, und Euromasters

Wir sammeln noch Euer Feedback zu einer neuen ILCA-Satzung, und die EurILCA hat ein paar weitere Fragen vorbereitet, die Euch vielleicht bei der Meinungsbildung helfen. Hier die Fragen:

Sollten wir die Struktur von World Sailing (https://www.sailing.org/mna) für die ILCA-Regionen adaptieren?

Ist es normal, dass die Europäische Region mit mehr als 67 % der Segler weniger Vertreter im ILCA-World Council hat als Ozeanien, wo etwas mehr als 6 % der Lasersegler leben ? 
Sollte der Vorgänger des aktuellen ILCA-Präsidenten ein stimmberechtigtes Mitglied des World Council sein?
Sollten alle Klassenvereinigungen von Seglern organisiert werden, oder sollen auch nationale Segelverbände als Klassenvereinigung gelten dürfen (wie es in vielen Entwicklungsländern der Fall ist) ?
Sollten die Regionenvertreter in ihren Regionen gewählt oder vom ILCA - World Council ernannt werden ?
Soll der bezahlte Geschäftsführer ein Stimmrecht im ILCA - World Council haben?
Sollen die ILCA Finanzen offengelegt werden ?
Soll eine jährliche Kassenprüfung durch 2 unabhängige Kassenprüfer stattfinden ? 
Sollen die Segler konsultiert werden, wenn wesentliche Materialänderungen, die nicht die Klassenregeln betreffen, beschlossen werden sollen (wie z.B. im Fall der C - Rigs) ?
Soll die ILCS insgesamt transparenter werden ?
