Phillip Buhl gewinnt Bronze bei der WM in Aarhus

Auch wenn er sein selbst gestecktes Ziel, Weltmeister zu werden, nicht ganz erreichte, konnte sich Philipp Buhl am Ende über seine Bronzemedaille freuen. Die Bedingungen waren mit meist sehr leichten, drehenden Winden schwierig, und die sehr starke Konkurrenz verzieh keine Fehler. Vor dem Medaillenrennen lag Phillip noch auf Platz 4, konnte sich aber dank einer soliden Leistung den Platz auf dem Podium sichern. Wir gratulieren Phillip und drücken die Daumen für den weiteren Verlauf der Olympiakampagne. Gute Plätze in der Goldfleet erreichten auch Theodor Bauer (33.) und Nik Aaron Willim (35.). Bei den Damen konnte Svenja Weger mit einer Punktlandung den Nationenstartplatz im Radial für Olympia 2020 sichern. Mit ihrem 26. Platz wurde Deutschland 18. in der Nationenwertung, und die ersten 18 Nationen erhielten einen Startplatz. Ebenfalls in die Goldfleet schafften es Pia Kuhlmann (47.) und Laura Bo Voss (57.). Auch an die Damen: herzlichen Glückwunsch.
